I already have a website. Can you just do the marketing, or just the phone?
Yes. Each service stands on its own, at the same price whether you take one or all four.
Can you really build a website in 48 hours?
Yes. We build on a proven setup and do the writing for you. Within 48 hours of getting your photos and details, you see a first version on a private link, on your phone and your computer. Changes are included until you are happy, and the site goes live once you have said yes.
When do I pay?
Half the setup fee when you order, so we can start the same day. The other half only when you approve the site. Your monthly fee starts the day it goes live.
What happens to my site if I stop?
The domain is yours and stays yours. On the Flexible option, give 30 days' notice and we hand over the content and the site files. On the 12-month plan, the same applies once the 12 months are paid.
Will people know Rita is an AI?
Yes. Rita says she is an AI assistant in the first sentence of every call, and in her first message on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, in the customer's language. Anyone who asks for a person is passed to you or called back, your choice.
Does Rita confirm bookings herself?
Only when she is connected to your booking system and it accepts the booking. Otherwise she takes the request, tells the customer you will confirm, and sends you the details straight away.
Can Rita answer WhatsApp and email too?
Yes, with Rita Messages. She answers WhatsApp messages, customer emails, and Instagram and Facebook comments and direct messages, from the same approved facts as on the phone. Anything she can't answer comes to you. We connect your number to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and handle Meta's business verification for you. Meta charges a small fee for some messages, which we pass on at cost.
What does "AI as a service" actually mean?
We pick one job that costs you time, such as chasing invoices or sending reminders, and set Nico, our AI back office, up to do it with the tools you already use. A person checks it before it touches your customers, you approve anything that matters, and we keep it running for one monthly fee.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Our team works in English. Rita answers in seven languages, Portuguese included, and your social posts go out in English and Portuguese.
