Will callers know Rita is an AI?
Yes. She says she is an AI assistant in her first sentence, in the caller's language, and in her first message on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You forward your calls to Rita with a code on your phone, and switch it off the same way.
Can Rita confirm bookings?
Only when she is connected to your booking system and it accepts the booking. Otherwise she takes the request, tells the caller you will confirm, and sends you the details straight away.
How much does Rita cost?
